Our Programs

At Satva, our program takes an interactive, holistic approach to celebrating parenthood. We help parents creatively use their talents, emotions, intellect, and intuition to develop joyful parenting skills and actively support their children’s cognitive development. Our Prep School fosters learning in harmony with nature, promoting respect for the environment and practical skills for sustainable living, all within the national curriculum framework.

Garbh Sanskar

Age eligibility: Pregnant Women

The Garbh Sanskar program is thoughtfully designed for expectant mothers. It includes yoga, meditation, chanting mantras, listening to ragas and shlokas, and behavioral suggestions, alongside healthy food regimes that help foster a nurturing and positive environment around the mother and the baby.

Parent-Toddler

Age eligibility: 0-2 years
The Parent-Toddler program embraces a holistic, interactive approach to celebrate early parenting. It helps redefine the role of parents by fostering joyful parenting skills through a combination of emotional, intellectual, and intuitive exercises that encourage active participation in their child’s cognitive and emotional growth

Play Group

Age eligibility: 1.7–2.2 years

The program is designed to provide our youngest explorers with an opportunity to interact and engage with their peers. Children learn how to communicate effectively, cooperate, and collaborate with others. Through group activities, children develop essential social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and resolving conflicts.

Pre Nursery

Age eligibility: 2.3–2.9 years

The program is designed for our young explorers, who spend lots of time sharing rhymes, songs, stories, and playing games to develop their speaking and listening skills. Children will be encouraged to learn to listen carefully, to develop concentration, to respond to questions and instructions, to share ideas and experiences, and to take part in conversations. We will also be working on their gross motor and fine motor skills.

Nursery

Age eligibility: 3–4 years

The program is designed for our little explorers, where our trained staff works to enhance children’s creativity, shape sensorial perceptions, develop socio-emotional and ethical values, develop language and literacy, and much more. Through a rich tapestry of arts, music, theatre, and storytelling, we ignite the creative spark within each child, fostering imagination, innovation, and self-expression.

Junior Kindergarten

Age eligibility: 4-5 years

The program is designed for our curious explorers, and we offer a variety of skills other than traditional learning. We strive to nurture the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of every child, recognizing the interconnectedness of these aspects in their overall well-being. Rooted in the values of empathy, kindness, and respect. We cultivate a community where every child feels seen, heard, and valued, fostering deep connections and a sense of belonging.

Senior Kindergarten

Age eligibility: 5-6 years

The program is designed for our inquisitive Explorers, way beyond traditional table-chair learning. We cultivate a culture of inquiry, experimentation, and logical reasoning, empowering students to question, analyze, and solve complex problems with confidence and integrity. We recognize the power of collaboration between students, educators, and parents, fostering a dynamic learning ecosystem where diverse perspectives are embraced and celebrated.
